This Shipping Policy applies only to CoolRaingear.com, operated by Classic Communications & Design, Inc. In this Company Policy Statement, "CoolRaingear.com" refers to Classic Communications & Design, Inc., the operator of this website.
CoolRaingear.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors are required to honor our Company Policy Statement.
Shipping Price
Prices listed include shipments to US Mainland addresses and regular ground shipping service only. Addresses outside the US Mainland area and/or rush shipments will incur additional cost, based on size, weight and destination of the custom order. CoolRaingear.com reserves the right to ship by any carrier of its choice or to refuse any order. CoolRaingear.com cannot guarantee the time or day of delivery, but will provide, upon request, UPS tracking information if applicable.

Ordering
CoolRaingear.com reserves the right to refuse any order.
Information provided online might be rejected at a later time due to incomplete information, or information that doesn't verify with the submitter's banking information currently on file at their bank. CoolRaingear.com will make every effort to correct incorrect or missing information by contacting the customer in a timely manner. Orders with incorrect or missing information may delay shipping indefinitely. Submitters whose orders which fail to match banking information and/or contain missing data and cannot be resolved will be refunded the original order amount, if collected, in a timely manner.
Choice of Carriers
CoolRaingear.com reserves the right to ship by any carrier of its choice. We choose the courier service based on the most efficient manner of delivery as determined by us before shipment. This may be based on an order's weight, size, shipping zone, cost or other circumstances. Requests by the customer for a specific carrier may affect shipping costs.
International Orders
CoolRaingear.com reserves the right to ship by any carrier of its choice or to refuse any order. We choose the courier service based on most efficient manner of delivery as determined by us before shipment. This may be based on weight, size, zone, cost or other circumstances. Requests for a specific carrier may affect shipping costs. International orders may be delayed due to any delay in confirming the accuracy of credit card information with the issuing bank's information on file.
Lost Shipments
CoolRaingear.com makes every attempt to deliver each order in a timely and safe manner. Undelivered orders should be reported as soon as possible. We follow the rules and regulations set in the policies of the major carriers in respect to lost or undelivered packages.
Returns
Please contact CoolRaingear.com at 1-800-558-5541 regarding all returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date and must be in original condition and in original packaging. Clothing must include original tags. Customers should ship all returns prepaid to:

We consider every order submitted as a mail order and fully protected under the US POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE rules and regulations and fully support the severe FEDERAL PENALTIES issued by that organization.
CoolRaingear.com policy is to aggressively pursue, by every legal means possible, prosecution of ALL CASES of individuals initiating orders to obtain goods from CoolRaingear.com in a fraudulent manner.
